How do I sign up?

Signing up is super easy... just follow these few steps:

1. Click here and choose your plan duration, then hit the "Subscribe Now" button.

2. On the next page click "Enter promo code" and enter CANDLECLUB to remove the £3.95 shipping fee.

3. Then fill in your shipping details along with the remaining information, then voila... welcome aboard!

How does the Candle Club subscription work?

Simply sign up and each month you'll receive a handmade scented soy candle, delivered to your door. It's as easy as that! Join the club and sign up here.

How much does it cost?

It's a recurring monthly fee of £14.95. Postage & packaging is free so there's no extra to pay.

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged each month on the date that you purchased the subscription. E.g. If you purchase the subscription on the 8th of the month, you will be charged every month thereafter on or around the 8th, depending on whether it falls on a business banking day.

When will I receive my candle?

Any orders placed up to the 8th of each month will receive the current month's scent. Any orders placed after the 8th will receive the following month's scent. This is because we individually make every candle especially for each subscriber. That's right. If you subscribe, your candle will be handmade, every month just for you. Candle Club subscriptions will start shipping from the 14th of each month. Please allow 3-5 working days for your candle to arrive.

Do I need to re-purchase every month?

Nope! Your payment will automatically be processed and your subscription box will automatically be sent out to you. Once you've signed up, you're good to go. Sit back and let the candles roll in!

How do I know what the next scent will be?

We think the element of surprise is more fun, so you won't know what the scent is until it lands on your doorstep. But rest assured, we hand-pick the best fragrances that we know you're gonna love!

Can I skip a month?

Unfortunately our website doesn't have the functionality to allow you to pause or skip a month yourself. However, you if you drop us an e-mail at, we can pause your subscription until you're ready to re-join. We'll keep your subscription paused for 3 months, after which we'll cancel it for you, and send you an e-mail to confirm. Alternatively you can cancel and rejoin at any time by logging into your account. No ties, no catches!

What size candle will I get?

Every candle is one of our signature 150g jars that boast 35+ hours burn time. Some months we might switch it up and send you two of our 80g candles. That's TWO exclusive scents in 1 box which means more to enjoy! As always, the jar is made from glass with a stainless steel lid so it's fully recyclable after it's finished.

What if I'm moving house?
Be sure to keep your billing and shipping information up to date on your account. Alternatively you can drop us an e-mail at to let us know about any changes to your address.

How much is postage & packaging?

Shipping is free, every month!

When will I stop receiving monthly boxes?
If you selected a set duration (3,6 12 months) candles will continue to arrive until the last month. If you're on the rolling plan you'll continue to receive our monthly subscription box on a monthly basis until you cancel.

Do you ship internationally?
At present we only ship our products to addresses located within the UK.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription box at any time, quibble free! Either login into your Rowbert account and head to the "My Subscription" section or simply cancel your Direct Debit to stop the subscription. Or you can contact us at and we can cancel your plan for you.

Can I use a discount code?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to our monthly subscription box as it's already such great value!
