How do I create an account?
Click the button at the top of the page that says "Log In." If you're already a member you can log in at the top. To sign up, you can either sign up with Facebook, Google, or use your own e-mail and password.
Do I have to create an account in order to make a purchase?
Nope, you can checkout as a guest without the need to create an account.
Where can I find previous orders?
Once you've signed up, make sure you login every time you check out and make a purchase. Your orders will only save to your account if you are logged in. To find your previous orders, log in and click on the login button again. A list of drop downs will appear, click "My Orders." Here you will see a list of your previous orders. Click on an order to display further information. Please note, if you have already placed an order with us, then decide to create an account, any prior orders won't retrospectively be available. Only orders made post account creation will be available. If you have any questions about any of your orders, please get in touch at email@example.com.
What details can I save?
You can save your address & favourite card details to make checking out even quicker & easier. If you're a Candle Club Monthly Subscriber, make sure you keep your contact details up to date as this is where we'll send your subscription box each month.
Can I delete my account?
To delete your account, please e-mail us at and we'll do that right away for you.
How does the WishList feature work?
Once logged in, you'll be able to use the WishList feature. When viewing a product, you'll see a little heart. Tap this to add the product to your WishList. When you're ready, go to your WishList and add items to your bag.
